A Letter Inspired by the Rebbe

Thank You HaShem! Receiving the Torah's Wisdom

First of all, I apologize for mistakes in my English, and with an open heart I share my experience with the best of intentions.

Torah is finding our true Self, the inspiration to find our mission, precisely the most important reason of our lives, clear impression of the existence; to serve HaShem and do our tikkun.

Torah is the work of the Creator; His Commandments are tools of the workers.

Torah is the only formula that cleans, restores and preserves a person's durability, spiritually and physically.

Torah is the Manual of Life as sages said. Using Torah's wisdom in acts of goodness and kindness, nothing remains the same like before.

A reality we cannot forget, the darkness of Terrorism and Antisemitism is evident around the world and what we can to do is Bring The Light of Torah to Humanity, it started with the big campaign for the Rebbe, teaching The Noahide Code (Universal Laws for Mankind) and spreading Torah was and it has been a great positive impact in the society, this is the way, each one doing what is possible in your community, city and country, or via Internet. Taking action in the Torah is a priority to spread goodness and kindness.

There's not much to add to continue what the Rebbe was doing, read what there is about his teachings, acts, something you and I can do, it makes sense, right?

There are fundamental Mitzvot like giving Tzedakah. However, even though some of us have the cliché of "Lack of time" because of job commitments or study hours at the University, But We Must Remember Other People From Time to Time, It's an Act of Kindness to send an email asking if your grandfather, your grandmother, your parents (if you are living elsewhere), your friend is Ok [How are you? I hope so.] Sounds basic and futile, but this kind of contact isn't just for someone who is lacking in affection, or depressed, well, that's what good friends, mates, relatives should do, right? Are we doing this weekly or at least once a month?

Communication and Feedback can be taken into account and widen our attention to this, when we noticed the thousands of letters of the Rebbe, yes, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of righteous memory, his correspondence was many and he dedicated to answering and sending by mail, which nowadays could be by Email. It is also well known and documented in Alim LiTerufah the correspondences that Reb Noson of Breslov had with many people, even with all the financial difficulties, opposition from authorities against Judaism, they gave this value to each other, conversations based on Torah is a Mitzvah.

"With Wisdom the house will be built and with Understanding the rooms will be filled." Chayey Moharan of Rebbe Nachman.

G-d blesses you with holy inspiration, good intentions and good actions.

Shalom,

Gilson Sasson (Journal Mitzvah)

EVEN WHEN I WALK IN THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I FEAR NO HARM, FOR YOU ARE WITH ME, YOUR ROD AND YOUR STAFF – THEY COMFORT ME

“EVEN WHEN I WALK IN THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I FEAR NO HARM, FOR YOU ARE WITH ME, YOUR ROD AND YOUR STAFF – THEY COMFORT ME.” TEHILLIM 23:4

Amen

WHEN CAN WE HAVE THE REAL ACHIEVEMENT OF BELIEVING, LISTENING AND DOING HIS WILL AND HIS TZADDIKIM?

WHO EMBODIES THE SIX ORDERS OF THE MISHNAH, IN WHICH GOOD AND EVIL, PURE AND IMPURE, ARE ATTACHED, AND WHICH REQUIRES GREAT REFINEMENT TO SORT OUT THE GOOD FROM THE EVIL, THE TRUTH FROM THE FALSE. RABBI NATAN’S LIKUTEY HALAKHOT ON SHULCHAN ARUKH ORACH CHAIM 2, PART 1. BY RABBI ISRAEL DOV ODESER FOUNDATION.

Prayers for All People

Based on V'atem Eydai ("You are My Witnesses") by Rabbi Joel Schwartz, translated by Rabbi Avraham Greenbaum.

"For my House will be called the House of Prayer for all the peoples." (Isaiah 54:7)

DAILY PRAYERS

On rising in the morning:

I give thanks to You, living and enduring King, for you have mercifully returned my soul within me, great is Your faithfulness!

And I also give thanks to You for preparing what human beings need in their lives, and You have granted them wisdom, so that they may recognize Your great kindness and understand how to fulfill their purpose.

Sh-mah Yisra-el Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Ehad

Hear Israel, Adonai our God, Adonai is one! (Deuteronomy 6:4)

Ve-yadahta hayom ve-hasheyvotah el levavekhah kee Adonai hoo Ha-Eloheem ba-shamayim mee-mah-al ve-al ha-aretz mee-tah-hat eyn od.

And you shall know today and put into your heart that Adonai is God and there is no other. (Deuteronomy 4:39)

[It is proper to recite the above two verses both in Hebrew and in translation in one's native language.]

And Adonai will be King over all the earth, on that day Adonai will be one and His name one. (Zechariah 14:9)

After the main daily meal:

Blessed are You Adonai, God, King of the Universe, who sustains the entire universe in His goodness, with graciousness, with kindness and compassion. He gives food to all flesh, for His kindness is for ever. And through His great goodness at all times, we never have lacked nor shall we ever lack sustenance for ever to eternity, because of His great name. For He is God Almighty, Who sustains and gives livelihood to all, bestows goodness on all and prepares sustenance for all the different creations which He has created. Blessed are You, Adonai, who sustains everything.

May He who makes peace in His high places make peace among us and throughout the world!

At night before going to sleep:

Sh-mah Yisra-el Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Ehad

Hear Israel, Adonai our God, Adonai is one! (Deuteronomy 6:4)

I give thanks to you Adonai for all Your kindnesses to us, and in particular for the kindness You have shown to me today. (Specify in your own words.)

I ask Your forgiveness if I have sinned or acted wrongfully, even where unintentional. And likewise, I forgive all who may have hurt me in any way, and I ask You that if I have hurt anybody else, may You put it into their hearts to forgive me too.

OTHER PRAYERS

When beginning any activity:

"Let us do this in the Name of Adonai, and we shall succeed!"

Before taking any medical treatment:

May it be His will that this treatment will bring healing!

In case of illness:

9 Expressions of faith, awe and love to God

Happy Chanukah!

The greatest gift we can give to our readers at Chanukah, are the words in holiness and wisdom of the Rabbis of our generation as well as tzaddikim of blessed memories. Here are secrets revealed in the words of the Sages, all we have to do is listen to them and learn to live the teachings.

By: Rebbe Nachman of Breslov

“On Chanukah, the Priests prevailed over the wicked Hellenists, who wanted to dissuade Israel from serving God. These Kohanim overcame them, and thus brought all Israel back to Torah and devotion to God”. The Way of God
By: RAMCHAL

“[Not only deeds and words,] but intentions, too, have an effect on the higher worlds.” Nefesh Hachaim.
By: Rav Chaim of Volozhin

“United We Stand, Divided We Fall”
By: HaRav Ariel Bar Tzadok

“Hashem sees all, yet is invisible to human perception, and so man must conjure up in his heart the idea of Hashem’s awesome rulership, His great wonders and splendor.” Noam Elimelech book.

“Divine Providence is constantly at work, watching over and examining each person.” Tomer Devorah
By: RAMAK

“Even when you really want to talk to God, there may be times when you can think of nothing to say. At such moments simply say the word “God”, or repeat the phrase, Ribono Shel Olam, “Master of the Universe”. A Call To Live
By: Avraham Yehoshua Greenbaum

“Moshe received the Torah from Sinai and transmitted it to Yehoshua, and Yehoshua to the Elders, and the Elders to the Prophets, and the Prophets transmitted it to the men of the Great Assembly. They said three things: Be cautious with judgment, establish many students, and make a fence for the Torah.” Pirkey Avos
Chapter 1, Mishnah 1:1

“Instruct me, Hashem, in Your way, that I may walk in Your truth, dedicate my heart to fear Your Name.” Psalm 86:11
