EVEN WHEN I WALK IN THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I FEAR NO HARM, FOR YOU ARE WITH ME, YOUR ROD AND YOUR STAFF – THEY COMFORT ME

“EVEN WHEN I WALK IN THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH, I FEAR NO HARM, FOR YOU ARE WITH ME, YOUR ROD AND YOUR STAFF – THEY COMFORT ME.” TEHILLIM 23:4

Amen

WHEN CAN WE HAVE THE REAL ACHIEVEMENT OF BELIEVING, LISTENING AND DOING HIS WILL AND HIS TZADDIKIM?

WHO EMBODIES THE SIX ORDERS OF THE MISHNAH, IN WHICH GOOD AND EVIL, PURE AND IMPURE, ARE ATTACHED, AND WHICH REQUIRES GREAT REFINEMENT TO SORT OUT THE GOOD FROM THE EVIL, THE TRUTH FROM THE FALSE. RABBI NATAN’S LIKUTEY HALAKHOT ON SHULCHAN ARUKH ORACH CHAIM 2, PART 1. BY RABBI ISRAEL DOV ODESER FOUNDATION.

MODESTY “LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE”

MODESTY “LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE”

Tzniut is the ability to focus on the essence rather than the superficial aspects. Tzniut means drawing attention away from my outside body in order that others and I can get to know and appreciate me for my inside soul.

When you want to focus on something you have to remove everything else that’s distracting. For example when you want to watch a movie you dim the lights in order to watch it clearly. When your at a performance the audience must stay quiet in order to hear the singer.

Tzniut is not about hiding your body but showing what’s hidden - your soul. How do we show it? By dimming the lights. The only way to focus on our neshama is by dimming those distracting lights to allow our neshama to shine. Our soul can only glow when the attention is taken away from the physical.

Tzniut sends a message of security and confidence. You don’t need outside approval or attention. The more you have on the inside the less you feel the need to show on the outside.

Tzniut isnt for anyone but YOU. It’s a protection of yourself. Don’t sell yourself short!

A Great Declaration of faith/Emunah for HaShem!

As Rebbe Nachman himself described Likutey Moharan (TORAH) as a work "for the great and small alike".

A Great Torah Lesson! A Great Mitzvah! A Great Declaration of faith/Emunah for HaShem!

This letter is a priority to share because the Torah lesson is fundamental, essential for us all. For someone to understand correctly, We believe in the ways of G-d and His Divine Providence does not abandon us. Amen!

Have Faith, Hope, Devotion to G-d.

Shalom,

Gil
