Highly Recommended!!!

Rebbe Nachman of Breslov was the great-grandson of Rebbe Yisrael, the Baal Shem Tov—Master of the Good Name— founder of the Chassidic movement. Rebbe Nachman was a Kabbalist and a mystic of the highest order, and yet at the same time was artlessly practical and down-to-earth.

The Tales of Rebbe Nachman is a profound journey to PaRDeS (four different levels of understanding the Torah), we can go from mundane to higher spiritual levels, depending solely on each person, being a Torah scholar or a beginner. Basically, these tales will allow a "refinement" to serve God, because in reality, the characters, the facts can be internalized in our lives, a source of inspiration for each and every situation, yet filled with the most esoteric Kabbalistic symbolism!

To help us understand some of the concepts hidden or revealed, here are comments included the great kabbalist Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, of blessed memory. Each note opens a door for us to gain greater understanding of the esoteric concepts. Many other allusions to the Bible,Talmud, Midrash, and Kabbalah are also included in these notes. Also, we have a good preface by Rabbi Chaim Kramer, founder and director of the Breslov Research Institute in Jerusalem.

The holy words of these stories stand in the highest places; Rabbi Nachman says the greatest secrets of life can be found through the telling of simple stories. On the hand, these stories are wondrous, authentic and enjoyable. Inside, they contain the mysteries of life itself, if you concentrate his mind and heart on these stories, one can discover more than he or she imagined but until a young child can to appreciate the stories.

Most of all, Rabbi Nachman of Breslov speaks about life itself – A book to be read by the whole family and for all ages
